Refund & Return Policy
This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through shop.munglobal.com.
In this policy, “MUN” refers to MUN Global Sdn Bhd.
1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements may be arranged under the following circumstances:
- The product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or
- The product delivered is incorrect from the product ordered; or
- Cancellation initiated by the customer; or
- Any other unforeseen circumstances that lead to cancellation
Customers are advised to inspect all products upon delivery.
2. Claim Deadline
Any claims for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to MUN within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods
Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
3. Return Authorisation
Customers must obtain prior approval from MUN before returning any products.

Please include:
- Order number
- Product name(s)
- Description of the issue
- Supporting photographs (if applicable)
Upon receiving the request, MUN will evaluate the claim and respond within seven (7) working days with instructions regarding the return process or other appropriate resolution.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
4. Return Conditions
Approved returns must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be not opened, unused and in their original packaging
- Products must be returned in the same condition as received
MUN reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any refund or replacement.
5. Incomplete or Incorrect Orders
If a product that was ordered and invoiced is missing from the delivery, MUN will either:
- Arrange a replacement, or
- Refund the value of the missing product.
If a product that was not included in the customer's order is delivered, MUN reserves the right to arrange collection of the item.
6. Product Packaging Differences
Product packaging may vary due to manufacturer updates or batch variations. Where such differences do not affect product quality or functionality, the item will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
7. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and bearing the return shipping costs for all approved returns, unless otherwise agreed by MUN.
Customers are advised to use a reliable courier service with tracking, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by MUN.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened, used, or altered
- Products returned without prior approval
- Products reported after the claim deadline
9. Refund Processing
Once a refund request has been approved, MUN will process the refund within 2–5 working days.
It may take approximately 15–30 working days for the bank or payment gateway provider to complete the refund transaction.
